Landlord Property Listings 

Welcome to the Marietta Housing Authority and thank you for your interest in listing a property with Housing Choice.

We recommend that first-time landlords attend a landlord briefing before listing a property.  Click here for information about the next briefing.

By listing with us, you are marketing your property to participants of the Housing Choice program, and you do so with the following understanding:

You will maintain and update your property listings.  If you rent a property, please delete it from your listings.

If you wish to make changes to your listing, you may do so online and do not need to contact the MHA.

MHA offers this web-based marketing tool as a free service, but we do not guarantee that you will rent your property.  You should market your investment property through all available means: our website, but also local newspapers, community boards, newsletters, etc.

Demand for rental property is determined by market forces.  Well-maintained units in desirable neighborhoods will attract the most interest from perspective renters.
